The courses were dedicated to the following topics:
– Reception of clients covering all aspects from the entrance hall to the services in rooms
– Organization of a buffet
– Pastry courses
The professors were Christian de Gaspari (specialist for the reception of clients and buffet serving), and Rene Mourton (specialist for cooking and pastry).
At the end of the trainings, a lunch was served to the Reumal Staff and a few guests in order to put in application the content of these courses.
These targeted courses provide great outputs to the thermal institution which aims at offering exclusive services to its clients. For the teachers and their team it was also once again the opportunity of a great human exchange.
